If you liked the Mitchell's you are going to love the Wallace's. Another family for us to grab a hold to , to grow with and to fall in love with. Half-Shelled Heart is a wonderful second chance story with wonderful characters and great story. Brant and Jamie spent two wonderful summers together before he broke her heart. Even though they both move on Jamie haunts Brants dreams. Ten years later she comes back to the island and nothing will ever be the same. Can Jamie let the past go and open her heart to him again? This is a great book and wonderful series. I am in love with Jenn's writing and the way she tells a story. Every book I think she will never top this but low and she keeps amazing me. Great characters, awesome story and phenomenal writing. Must read!
