About the Author:
A BLONDE AT HEART Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped. Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking. Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!

Grab the Kleenex your going to need them for sure. It's simply amazing. Four people each with their own heart break come together to heal. Leaning on each other take them from strangers to family.
The characters are amazing. Usually I have a favorite one but I feel in love with all of them. They each bring something special to the story and each ones story is extremely touching.
The authors writing is phenomenal, the way she wrote each characters story she had you feeling what they were feeling. My heart broke for these people, honestly this will be a book I will re-read. It's that good.

He took my hand, putting it in his lap as if it was finally home. “What are we doing?” he asked.
“Like it’s our job.”
“If you’re going to do something, I say, do it all the way.”
He squeezed my hand. I was jarred by the way he looked in the direction of the window, but not through it. He didn’t look like the commanding Dominant who had been my partner for the past few weeks. As handsome as ever, and graceful and sharp, a leader and a decider, but not the same.
He faced me. “I don’t know how to fix this.”
The streetlights glinted off the light in one eye and his jaw locked, catching things he’d never say. He looked like a man I knew and abandoned. Manhattan Adam.
“We can’t fix it,” I said, putting his hand in my lap, watching our clasped hands make a new form. I rubbed the outside of his thumb with mine, feeling it’s familiar shape, the strength of the knuckle and the texture of his skin on mine. “We have to build something new. And we can.” I looked up from our hands to his face.
Could I make him feel my optimism? Could I take a piece of it onto a fork and lift it to his lips? Would they part? Would he let me lay it on his tongue? Would he chew and swallow, saying “I do. I do believe we can, I do.”
He didn’t say that. He didn’t believe, but his lips needed to touch my belief and his tongue needed to taste my hope.
I don’t know if I kissed him or if he kissed me, but it felt like a first kiss, with full quivering that left me paralyzed at his nearness. The act of two tongues tasting each other was so intimate between strangers, so taken for granted over time, and so rarely is the wonder of it felt through to the bone.
He was licorice. Fennel and leather. And he moved like cool water, reacting to my movements, countering with his hands and his mouth, covering me with his attention. The kiss was the sway of sex, the smell of it, the carnal desire without the promise of anything but another dance.
About the Author
CD Reiss is a New York Times bestselling author. She still has to chop wood and carry water, which was buried in the fine print. Her lawyer is working it out with God but in the meantime, if you call and she doesn't pick up, she's at the well, hauling buckets.
Born in New York City, she moved to Hollywood, California to get her master's degree in screenwriting from USC. In case you want to know, that went nowhere, but it did give her a big enough ego to write novels.
Critics have dubbed the books "poetic," "literary," and "hauntingly atmospheric," which is flattering enough for her to put it in a bio, but embarrassing enough for her not to tell her husband, or he might think she's some sort of braggart who's too good to chop a cord of wood.
If you meet her in person, you should call her Christine.

Separation Games by C.D. Reiss
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Exciting, gripping and oh so sexy! I have been dying for the conclusion of this duet. Marriage Games pulled my heart out and stomped on it. I needed Separation Games to put it back together again.
I have to be honest, all through Marriage Games and most of Separation Games I didn't like Diana. In fact I loathed her. My heart broke for Adam and all I wanted was to hold him and tell him to let her go. But yes, she redeemed herself. It did take most of the series but in the end I could see her side and wanted these two to work things out.
This is one of those series that you invest yourself in. The characters are absolutely wonderful and you fall in love with their story. It's riveting, exciting and extremely hot. The writing held me from the first to the last word, everything about it is five stars!

She better get used to me.

Vicious by L.J. Shen

4.5 wonderful stars!
Loved it! Absolutely loved it! Vicious is everything we look for in an alpha. He's incredibly handsome, loaded and a complete jerk. He's one of those characters that we can't get enough up. He's broken, damaged and absolutely loveable. He's treated Emilia like total crap ever since he met her. Her parents are his servants and every chance he has to be mean to her he does. Why? Because he loves her..... he's completely messed up and that is why you will love him. His story is heart breaking, cruel and real.
What a wonderful book. The story is gripping and will keep you in grossed in the story all the way through. The characters are wonderful and the writing is fabulous. It's a definite must read.

Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It's always a surprise to see what's coming next!
I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!
Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.
I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.
That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.
Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.

They've done it again! Kindle Alexander had brought us another wonderful book. It's heart breaking, gripping, emotional and full of love. I don't know how these ladies can bring such heart warming stories to us but they do.
Kellus and Arik are wonderful characters. Arik is a player who doesn't believe in settling down and Kellus has gotten out of a very long relationship, living in a lonely world. These two come together and fireworks explode. They both have baggage, one more than the other but together they are strong, together they are one.
I loved getting to see some of our favorites characters from other Kindle books and seeing what is going on with them. I love the family banter and the light heartedness that they have. Did I cry with this one? Of course. Did it pull at my heart strings? Definitely. And you know what? I wouldn't have it any other way. When Kindle puts out a new book I can hardly wait. I grab Kleenex and a blanket, get comfortable and dive in. Painted On My Heart is a truly wonderful book that you definitely don't want to miss.
