Title: Bad Teacher
Author: Clarissa Wild
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: June 28, 2016
My name is Thomas and I’m always hard.
No really, that’s my last name. Thomas Hard, the pleasure is all mine … literally.
I can’t help it that my name suits me well.
You know what else suits me well? That girl sitting across the bar, with her lips right where I tell them to be. I want her, and when I want something, it’s gonna be mine.
One night. No names. No phone numbers. Just me, her, and pure pleasure.
Except, that one girl turns out to be the biggest mistake of my life.
Because I broke my cardinal rule …
Never bang a student.
*Author’s note: Don’t like reckless decisions & unbridled screwing? Don’t love girls that are obsessed with ice cream, rainbows, and unicorns? Don’t enjoy a bit of corny humor sprinkled on top? Then this book is not for you. And last but not least, if you hate cats with giant jewels … Don’t even bother.*
He reaches into his pocket.
Something inside starts to vibrate.
Everyone turns around.
Thomas places his finger on his own lips and shushes me.
“Don’t make a sound.”
“What the fuck?” I say.
“Shh … not so loud. You don’t want everyone here to know you have a butt plug in your ass, do you?” he whispers.
“Is that thing vibrating? Oh, my god.” My pupils dilate and then I growl, “You’re doing this.”
“Yes, I am. I needed to make a point here.”
“What point?” I shudder and clench my legs from the vibration, which pulses through me, causing delicious thumps.
Fuck. How am I supposed to concentrate on the conversation? How am I supposed to eat my damn venison if I can’t lift a damn fork without shaking?
“You are mine, Hailey. Whether you think you are or not doesn’t matter. When I say you’re mine, you’re mine completely. No one, and I mean no one, is going to touch you. I don’t share what belongs to me.”
“I don’t belong—”
“You belonged to me the moment I stuck my tongue into your pussy, and you know it,” he growls softly. “You think I’m playing around, don’t you? I’m not. I may not want to define whatever the fuck it is we’re doing here, but that doesn’t make me any less of a greedy motherfucker. And I am fucking greedy when it comes to you. That’s a problem of mine that I’m willing to admit now, having you on my mind every goddamn second of the day, wishing I could stick my tongue in your pussy and then my cock until I hear you scream my name. I also finally came to terms with the fact that I am one jealous asshole, and you won’t like me one bit when I’m jealous, Hailey, so don’t you make me one by letting other boys get a taste.”
I don’t even know what to say.
Completely fucking speechless, that’s what.
And I don’t even know if I’m supposed to take this as a compliment or a threat.
Judging by the sensations between my legs, I guess it’s good either way.
Not that I still have a choice in the matter. The more he talks, the more I want him to shut up and kiss me.
Now, I know what Lesley means when she’s talking about alpha men. He’s the prime example.
“Did you understand all that, Hailey?”
“Um … yes? I guess?” I say, licking my lips from the tightness in my ass that I’m suddenly very aware of, considering we’re in a restaurant.
The vibrating increases in intensity, making me squirm in my seat.
“Not. Good. Enough,” he growls. “Tell me exactly what you won’t be doing.”
“I won’t be seducing guys or letting anyone else touch me.”
“I belong to you, even though we aren’t boyfriend and girlfriend.”
“Exactly. And when I ask you to tell me something, you will tell me.”
“Fine, yes,” I whisper, breathing heavily through my mouth to cope with the increased pleasure I’m feeling down below. Goddamn. It feels so wrong inside a restaurant.
“Yes, what?” He pulls the item from his pocket and shows it to me. “Or do you want me to turn this up a notch?”
“Yes, Sir!” I say, a little bit louder than intended, causing people to turn their heads.
He smiles wickedly. “Good.”
The vibrating loses its power, but it doesn’t stop completely.
“Why are you doing this?” I mutter. “We’re in a fucking restaurant.”
“I don’t care where we are. I will give you pleasure whenever I want, wherever I want. Because… let’s face it, that wasn’t really punishment, was it? Tell me the truth.” he muses, placing the item on the table in full view. Goddamn, it feels like a jab. Like he knows he owns me or something. Of course, he does. I know it too. I just wish I could own him too.
I sigh and pat my dress, trying to regain whatever’s left of my self-control. “Yes, Sir … I kinda liked it.”
“Hmm … that’s my good girl.”
Just those words … they do something to me.
Especially the part when he says ‘my.’
It makes my stomach flutter.
Thomas picks up his fork and takes a few more bites before putting it down again. Then he looks at me, at my plate, my fork, and points. “Are you done?”
I nod, trying to act as normal as possible while my ass feels like it’s on fire.
“Then let’s get outta here.”
“But we haven’t had dessert yet.”
“Oh … I know.” He grins. “We’ll get to that part soon.” He casually waves at the waiter. “Bill please!”

This is my first book by this author but it definitely won't be my last. This is a beautifully written story about second chances.

Holt lost the love of his life five years ago. Not being able to open himself up to anyone he uses women to satisfy needs, never opening his heart to them. Then he meets Mattie and he slowly finds his heart waking up.
This is truly a great book. The story is heart warming, the characters are loveable and the writing is wonderful. It is a must read.

*Release Blitz & Review* Cleat Catcher (The Cleat Chaser Duet book 2) by Celia Aaron and Sloane Howell*
What happens when an unrepentant Cleat Chaser meets the player of her dreams?
Nikki Graves has a history of going through the baseball roster with an eye for talent--the kind of talent that keeps things spicy between the sheets. But, once she meets Braden Bradford, catcher for the Ravens, her talent scout days are done. He's the one.
Braden has never met a woman like Nikki, and he can't get enough of her smart mouth and big heart. But life isn't always as direct and certain as the connection between Braden and Nikki. When family objections and career trajectories begin to crowd the plate, will Braden be able to keep his catch of a lifetime?
I shot back against the cushion, doing my best to act normal. Nik pushed the door open. “Hey, babe. I was waiting for my dessert course.” I made a show of scrubbing my hand across my mouth and face like I was clearing her a space.
“I’m good.” Her tone was flat, and she didn’t even look at me.
What the hell?
Her usual spark was gone. She sauntered over to the side table, and dropped her keys and bag on it.
I glanced down at the laptop screen full of porn. Fuck! I’d been researching some new shit to try out with her, but there was no way she’d believe me. My gaze drifted to the mouse way up under the table. There was no chance I could get to it without giving away my knee situation.
Using my good leg, I tried to gently kick the computer screen closed, and, of course, it only opened wider.
“Have you moved from the couch all night? Did you even shower?” She sighed, still facing the wall like she had no interest in looking at me.
“What’s wrong, babe? What happened?” My mind raced. A lot could have occurred at Estate de CuntMuffin that would set her off. I’d been worried the whole time she was gone.
“I’m fine.” She turned around, and I watched her eyes dart straight to the computer screen. Her brows pinched together and her hands went to her hips.
Fuck me. This won’t be good.
“Nice, Braden. Real fucking nice.”
“It’s not what you think. I don’t look at porn.” I stared in the other direction and mumbled. “Often.”
“Your fingers slip and accidentally type in ‘fuckmedaddy.com?’” She scowled and began to pace back and forth.
I’d expected her to be upset about the porn, but not this much. I was halfway hoping she’d want to look at it with me. “No. I was trying to find new stuff to try out on you. If you must know.”
Her lips curled like she might smile, and then they mashed back into a thin line.
“Have they said if you’re going to be traded or not?” She took another step toward me, ignoring all of the pussy acrobatics flashing on the laptop.
“No.” I tilted my head to my lap and ground my teeth while I tried to compose myself. I’d been trying to forget about that shit all day, but the pain in my knee kept it front and center in my mind.
She made a pfft sound and threw her arms in the air.
“Babe, I’m sorry. I know I’m supposed to have a clue what you’re upset about. I just don’t.”
A million things rocketed through my mind at once and brought my entire thought process to a crashing halt. My brain buffered slower than the inverted cowgirl pussy nomming scene I’d attempted to watch earlier.
Nik scowled, and then folded her arms across her chest. She stared me down like a closer in the ninth inning. “Think really really hard about the problem we have.”
My eyes rolled up toward the ceiling. “Uhh, your parents?” I glanced back and tried to judge her reaction.
She made a loud sound like a buzzer that startled me.
“Fucking hell. I mean, umm, me being traded?” I held my hands up and shrugged.
“Warmer.” She took another step toward me.
I hated this fucking guessing game. Why couldn’t she just say it? Heat rushed into my face, and my body tensed.
“Can you just tell me? Please. Stop fucking around with me.” I smacked my hand against the back of the sofa, and Nik jumped.
“Maybe my parents were right. Maybe you do have anger issues.” She stomped off a few steps and whipped back around. “Easton!”
“Take that shit back. You know I don’t. Maybe your goddamn family just brings it out of everyone. Maybe you’re more like your mo—” I froze stiff on the couch, and my eyes bugged out. I held up my hands. “I stopped myself. You heard me. I did not say it.”
It was too late. I thought my head was going to explode the way Nik glowered in my direction. Her hands were squeezed into fists at her sides, and I could see all the whites of her knuckles. She started toward me like a possessed demon. “Did you say what I think you said?”
Do not answer, Braden. That shit is rhetorical. Adapt and survive.
I shook my head quickly and braced myself in case she resorted to physical violence.
Cleat Catcher by Celia Aaron
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
One of the funniest books I've read in a while. You don't even have to be a baseball fan to love this series. Book 2 is Braden and Nikki's book and you can't help falling in love with these two. Not only are they both extremely funny and sexy characters but together they are explosive. The story is wonderful and the writing is great. The humor in it keeps you laughing, especially Kasey. She is freaking hilarious. I've really enjoyed this series and can't wait for more from these two amazing authors.

Survival. It was the driving force that kept me going when our world as we knew it was ripped away from us in one horrific night. I didn’t know who brutally killed my parents or why, but when the vicious killers turned their focus onto my brother and sister, I did the only thing I knew to do: I ran.
I packed them up and left everything we knew and loved behind and headed for Memphis.
The club was my life. I’d do anything for my brothers. Hell, I’ve taken more than a couple of bullets for them and I’d do it again. But I needed to step away to clear my head. I pushed the throttle forward and headed down south with one goal in mind: to fulfill Cotton’s orders and establish the route for the club’s new pipeline.
Doing my job was my only focus until I saw her working in that diner down on Front Street. She had fire in her eyes and bite to her tongue -- and she was absolutely breathtaking. Full of class and spunk, the girl was out of my league. What was she doing working at a diner in Memphis, Tennessee? She was a mystery to me, and even though my gut told me she was hiding something, I felt a pull to her that I could not deny.
Leslie Wilder grew up in a small town in West Tennessee. A country girl at heart, she’s always thought that life is too short, but she had no idea how short it really was until her brother passed away in 2014. She’s always been an avid reader, loving the escape only a great book can give, and wondered if she had what it took to write one of the wild romances she’d come to adore. With the support of her family and friends, she published Inferno: A Devil Chaser’s MC, one year after her brother’s death. With him in mind, she fulfilled her lifetime dream of writing. Since then, she’s completed the Devil Chaser’s Series and continued on with the Satan’s Fury MC Series. She has so many stories in her head, and can’t wait to share each and every one. Leslie has been blown away by the support of her readers, appreciating every message, review, and encouraging word she’s received over the past year. She looks forward to continuing this journey with them for years to come.

Now all he can see is a gray future in front of him.

Life rarely goes according to plan and what starts as just sex soon turns into something that splashes color into their once-drab lives. For the first time, they find peace and security in one another. But will it last? Or will everything crumble into pieces, leaving them with nothing?
-----------------Excerpt: The screen inner door banged open and I looked up, hoping no one was staring at the girl with the purple hair and the Tupperware container she had balanced in her hands. Fortunately, the place was empty. Except for one person. Brooks Goddamn Benson. Goddamn wasn’t his middle name, but it might as well have been. We’d graduated the same year, but we’d never been friends. Not even close. What was he doing here, anyway? Last I heard he was off earning a master’s degree, in a land far, far away from Hope Harbor. He looked up and I locked eyes with him. Mine narrowed and he just sort of… kept staring. Brooks was one of those guys who looked at you like he might be picturing you naked. He cleared his throat. Not my type. Not at all… He scratched his ear. “What can I do for you?” I thought about just turning around and walking out, but I’d already come this far and if he was back in town too, I was probably going to keep running into him. “I was just wondering if you’d be willing to sell some of my baked goods here on commission. But I haven’t had any luck, so I’ll just leave,” I said, but he was looking down at the container. “Did you bring some samples?” he asked. I set the container down, crossed my arms and nodded. I didn’t want this dude eating anything I’d put effort into, but if it would help me get away from my parents’ house, fuck it. I’d do it. “Yeah. So you can judge their quality.” I didn’t mean to sound so sarcastic. I was really blowing this. I needed better people skills. “Do you mind?” Hey, at least he asked. I nodded again and he opened the container. I stood there as he tried each item. “Wow,” he said when he got to the cupcake. “That’s amazing. Where did you learn how to bake?” I was not making small talk with him. “My mom,” I said. He finished the whole thing in three bites. There was some frosting on his nose. I wanted to wipe it off for some reason. Thankfully I caught myself and forced myself to stop looking at his face.
